ღ Terms and Conditions To Join Spree ღ
1. Please bear in mind that all prices are in Brunei Dollar (BND) and inclusive of postage fee incurred by our merchants.
2. Please do not join spree if buyers unable to wait for long as we need some patient from you. It would be worth waiting if you can get fantastic apparel which you favour ^^.
3. As to avoid the risk of cancellation order by buyers, PARTIAL or FULL PAYMENT in advance is required before we enable to proceed your orders.
4. How to make payment?
Direct bank-in, funds transfer through internet-banking or arrange meet-up venue (will instruct through email conversation). Kindly keep the bank-in slip for our future references if necessary.
5. Once your order is confirmed, means no cancellation, refund or exchange are to be made. Unless if an item is already not available before orders are sent out, you may change to another item or cancel the item with full refund given.
6. When shipment held?
Once order sent out to our merchant, parcel will take 3-6 weeks to proceed and ship out. Approximately, shipment arrival in BsB within 10 days if there is no delay occurs.
7. Notification emails/sms will be sent once shipment arrives. Strictly self-collection implies as to reduce the costs due to us, in order to give lower prices to all shoppers. For buyers who might have transport inconveniences, delivery fee will be charge depending on their stay location.
8. CaWaii's Fashion Closet will not held responsible for any loss, damage of goods, sizing issues after collection. Items sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable as each item is meticulously checked to ensure good quality. We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects such as minor stains, sizing issues & colour differences. However, an exchange will only be allowed if the type/colour/size of item delivered is not the same as what customer has ordered.
